X-Shield FlexCoat

Flexible cement coating for concrete

X-Shield FlexCoat is a 2-component cementitious coating manufactured using selected cements, fillers and an acrylic co-polymer.  It is made for multi-purpose use for waterproofing, resurfacing and concrete protection.

X-Shield FlexCoat is made in United Arab Emirates and is supplied as a 2-component pack consisting of filler (powder component) and liquid polymer (liquid component).  Both components are pre-measured—the powder component weighs 20kg and the liquid polymer weighs 5 kg.  No addition of water is necessary.  First coat to be applied at 1L/m².  Apply second coat at 0.75 to 1L/m² once the first coat beneath has dried.  Given the above is followed, the 2-coats system can sufficiently provide a minimum overall thickness of 2mm.
