X-Pruf BitMastic is a 1-component cold-applied polymer modified asphalt sealing compound manufactured from high grade polymer modified asphalt fillers and rheology modifiers.

  • Primerless, easy to use and has good adhesion.

  • Typical uses are:

    • sealing of gaps on roofs,

    • termination chase seal for waterproofing membranes,

    • sealing of pipe penetrations for waterproofing membranes, and

    • sealing cracks in asphalt and concrete pavements.

  • Packaging: 20kg (19L) pail
